PrimeFreeTools respects your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use our free online tools and guides, and how it is used and protected.
Data you enter into tools
Calculators, converters, and generators on this site run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers, text, or code you type into a tool are processed on your own device and are never sent to our servers, stored, or shared. The only exceptions are the network tools (IP lookup, DNS lookup, SSL checker, QR/barcode image generation), which must query public third-party APIs to function, only the specific value you entered is transmitted for that lookup.
Cookies
We use a minimal number of cookies: strictly necessary cookies for basic site operation (such as remembering your dark/light theme preference, stored locally in your browser) and, where enabled, third-party cookies set by advertising and analytics providers described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools will continue to work.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics (or a privacy-friendly alternative) to understand aggregate usage, for example, which tools are popular and which pages load slowly. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized and is never linked to the content you enter into tools. You can opt out with browser add-ons such as Google Analytics Opt-out.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
Pages may display ads served by Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google’s Ads Settings page. Ad slots never have access to anything you type into the tools.
Data protection and your rights
Because tool inputs never reach our servers, there is almost nothing to protect, that is by design. For any data that is collected (aggregate analytics, ad-serving cookies by third parties), we rely on the safeguards of those providers. Depending on your region (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, and to opt out of sale/sharing. Contact us and we will respond to verifiable requests.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as tools or regulations change; the latest version is always posted on this page.
